TPG's (TPG) climate investment arm is in talks to acquire solar company Altus Power (AMPS), Reuters reported Monday, citing people familiar with the matter.
If the talks are successful, a deal could be signed in the coming weeks, the people reportedly told Reuters.
TPG declined to comment to MT Newswires. Altus Power did not immediately reply to a request for comment.
Altus Power shares were up nearly 14% while TPG shares were down 1.7% in recent trading.
