智通财经APP获悉，艾迪康控股(09860)午后涨超5%，截至发稿，涨4.27%，报6.6港元，成交额1160.45万港元。
消息面上，艾迪康控股公布，董事会决定利用购回授权在公开市场购回不多于3628.72万股股份，占已发行股份总数的约5%，购回价格最高为每股9.69港元。建议股份购回将由公司内部资源提供资金。公司将根据购回股份时的市况及其资本管理需求，随后注销购回股份或将其持作库存股。
国信证券指出，根据统计数据，2024年可初步看到注销关闭的实验室数量已经超过成立新建的数量，且关闭的实验室中近70%为小微型，表明行业正在进入整合、去产能的阶段，市场份额将向头部企业集中。 此外，随着价格战影响渐弱，ICL龙头规模效应持续显现。据悉，艾迪康控股是中国三大独立医学检验实验室(ICL)之一。
