智通财经APP讯，东华科技(002140.SZ)发布公告，近期，公司作为公司和中国天辰工程有限公司(“天辰公司”)对外联合体的牵头方，与伊拉克电力部北方电力生产国有公司(REPUPLIC OF IRAQ MINISTRY OF ELECTRICITY STATE COMPANY OF ELECTRICITY PRODUCTION /NORTHERN REGION，以下简称“EPNR”)签署《伊拉克AL-Shemal2×350MW热电厂项目EPC总承包合同》。合同以美元计价，合同总金额为7.3953亿美元。
