Yuexiu Property (HKG:0123) will obtain a HK$500 million term loan facility divided into two tranches from a bank, a Monday bourse filing by the property firm said.
A HK$150 million tranche has a maturity date of 18 months, while the HK$350 million tranche is falling due in 12 months from drawdown.
