智通财经APP获悉，北控水务集团(00371)再涨超4%，截至发稿，涨3.29%，报2.51港元，成交额2433.12万港元。
消息面上，11月8日，财政部部长蓝佛安介绍，从2024年开始，我国将直接增加地方化债资源10万亿元。海通证券认为，伴随化债政策持续推进，望有效改善当前回款问题，不仅将在利润表中减少信用减值损失带来的利润率下降，也将进一步改善板块现金流，以维持水务高分红比例，弥补原有高分红逻辑缺陷，从而进一步带动板块估值。
东吴证券指出，以应收市值弹性系数衡量化债弹性，北控水务集团(51%)弹性突出。华泰证券则表示，北控水务坚持轻资产转型，上半年自由现金流净额3700万元人民币，按年计由负转正。虽短期回款或有一定压力，但水务营运回款与政府财政支付能力息息相关，未来有望受惠于化债政策带来的现金流改善。在稳定派息政策下，股息率达6.6%，具有吸引力。
