中新经纬12月23日电 (丁丹)东方证券23日公告了最新的公司高层人事安排。

　　根据公告，鲁伟铭被选为副董事长；卢大印被聘为副总裁(主持工作)；舒宏、张建辉、陈刚、吴泽智被聘为副总裁，其中聘任舒宏兼任财务总监；聘任蒋鹤磊为首席风险官兼合规总监；聘任王如富为董事会秘书。

　　履历显示，鲁伟铭、卢大印、舒宏、张建辉均在东方证券工作超过20年，其中鲁伟铭曾任东方证券总裁等职，卢大印曾任首席信息官等职。此外，吴泽智、王如富、陈刚均已在东方证券工作接近20年。

　　另据东方证券11月22日晚间发布的公告，龚德雄被选为该公司董事长。2023年9月起，龚德雄担任东方证券党委书记。

　　公开资料显示，东方证券总部设在上海，2015年3月登陆上交所，2016年7月登陆港交所，是一家A+H股上市券商。截至今年三季度末，东方证券总资产为3882.98亿元，前三季度实现营业收入140.79亿元，同比增长2.81%；实现归母净利润33.02亿元，同比增长15.57%。
