智通财经APP获悉，光伏股早盘回暖，截至发稿，福莱特玻璃(06865)涨4.9%，报11.56港元；信义光能(00968)涨3.32%，报3.11港元；新特能源(01799)涨3.08%，报7.69港元；协鑫科技(03800)涨2.68%，报1.15港元。
消息面上，据国家能源局，2024年1-11月，国内新增光伏装机206.30GW，同比增长26%。其中11月新增光伏装机25.00GW，同比增长17%，环比增长22%。展望2024全年，产业链价格低位运行，终端装机成本改善，国内新增光伏装机有望实现较高增长。12月初，CPIA上调2024年国内新增光伏装机预测至230-260GW。华创证券认为，考虑部分集中式项目年底抢装，全年新增光伏装机有望超250GW。
此外，12月22日，中国光伏行业协会CPIA官微发文，再评国电电力新疆巴州发电公司“超低价”光伏组件中标的现象。这是继18日协会公开对国电项目提出四点质疑之后的再次公开发声。东吴证券指出，协会制定0.69元/W成本线，出口退税下降至9%，组件招投标价格开始企稳回升；行业自律已基本落地，限产有望使得企业走出内卷困境，后续能耗双控等供给侧改革政策可期。
