Nano Dimension (NNDM) said late Monday that Desktop Metal's (DM) lawsuit, which alleges it failed to use reasonable best efforts to obtain regulatory approval for their merger agreement, is without merit.
The company said the lawsuit is inconsistent with the terms of the merger agreement, particularly as it continues to work through the review process with the Committee on Foreign Investment in the US.
Nano said it plans to defend itself and preserve its rights under the agreement.
Desktop Metal did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.
Shares of Nano Dimension were down 1.2% in after-hours trading.
