Spackman Entertainment Subsidiaries Complete Restructuring

Spackman Entertainment (SGX:40E) said the restructuring of its subsidiaries has been completed through the transfers of shares of several subsidiaries, a filing with the Singapore Exchange said on Thursday.

A total of 1,020 shares that represent 51% stake in Novus Mediacorp, were transferred to Spackman Equities (SEL).

Meanwhile, 165,000,000 shares, representing 100% equity in Simplex Films, were transferred to SEL.

In addition, 20,000 shares, representing 60.2% stake in the share capital of Noon Pictures, was also transferred to SEL.

SEL also received 4,400,000 shares, representing 100% stake in Constellation Agency, while 84,000 shares that represent a 94.4% stake in Upper West was transferred to P4 Factory, a subsidiary of Constellation Agency.
