智通财经APP获悉，和铂医药-B(02142)早盘再涨24%，截至发稿，涨22.38%，报1.75港元，成交额1302.21万港元。
消息面上，和铂医药近日发布公告称，公司全资附属公司诺纳生物与Candid已就开发下一代T细胞衔接器(产品)达成一项研究合作及授权协议。根据协议条款，诺纳生物有权获得首付款和潜在里程碑付款最高达3.2亿美元。Candid将负责产品的所有后续开发工作。
据悉，Candid是一家临床阶段生物技术公司，致力于成为开发针对自身免疫性疾病的B细胞耗竭机制TCE疗法的领导者。Candid正在推进两款基于B细胞耗竭机制的TCE候选药物，旨在通过靶向不同的B细胞蛋白靶点以及评估不同程度的B细胞耗竭，广泛探索TCE在多种自身免疫性疾病中的治疗潜力。
