12月25日金融一线消息，国家金融监督管理总局重庆监管局行政处罚信息公开表显示，中国光大银行股份有限公司重庆分行因贷款“三查”不到位被罚款50万元。袁蓓（时任光大银行重庆分行零售信贷经营部副总经理）因上述事项受到警告。
