智通财经APP获悉，当地时间周一，流媒体巨头奈飞(NFLX.US)在美国加利福尼亚州北区地方法院对博通(AVGO.US)提起诉讼，指控博通旗下 VMware的vSphere虚拟化平台侵犯了奈飞五项与虚拟机通信相关的技术专利。
据悉，这起案件是奈飞与博通自2018年开始的一场更大的法律纠纷的一部分。奈飞被博通指控侵犯了后者与视频流技术相关的专利，案件涉及加利福尼亚州、德国和荷兰。其中，博通在美国对奈飞提起的单独诉讼计划于2025年6月进行开庭审理。
作为这场更大规模法律纠纷的一部分，博通去年以690亿美元收购了VMware，而奈飞请求法院判决一笔数额不详的经济赔偿。
