智通财经APP讯，安德利果汁(02218)发布公告，因工作调整，王坤已辞任公司第八届董事会执行董事、行政总裁等职务，自2024年12月27日起生效。辞职生效后，王坤不再担任公司的任何职务。王坤的辞任不会影响公司生产经营和各项管理工作的正常开展，公司将按照法定程序尽快完成董事的补选工作。
为保障公司规范运作，结合公司经营管理需要，经公司董事长王安提名、公司董事会提名委员会审查，现聘任张辉为公司行政总裁，任职期限自2024年12月27日举行之董事会会议审议通过后次日，即2024年12月28日起至本届董事会任期届满之日止。
