格隆汇12月26日｜Uber发表声明，透露其原定的以9.5亿美元并购Delivery Hero旗下Foodpanda业务的计划，已遭遇中国台湾公平贸易委员会的否决。Uber坚信，此次并购原本能够为中国台湾的配送合作伙伴、商家合作伙伴、广大消费者乃至经济带来极大的利益与福祉。该公司强调，中国台湾依然是全球范围内成长性最高、外卖商机最为丰富的市场之一。因此，优步将继续在中国台湾进行投资，推动业务创新与发展，为市场注入更多活力。展望未来，该公司预计，2025年财年营收将达到509.7亿美元，自由现金流将达到77亿美元，每股收益将增长22.4%至2.31美元。
