公告还提到，折慧将被委任为执行董事，自2025年1月1日起生效，任期三年。折慧现任公司财务总监，拥有丰富的审计和企业咨询经验。秦惠民将被委任为独立非执行董事，自2025年1月1日起生效，任期一年，并将获得9.6万元的年度酬金。
