　　神州控股（00861）公布，于本公告日期，该集团拥有 145，431，000 股呼和浩特金谷股份，占呼和浩特金谷全部已发行股份约 9.8%。该公司获呼和浩特金谷告知，预计将进行重组，根据告知，呼和浩特金谷将与当地其他从事金融服务的实体合并，并通过新设合并方式组建新银行。因此，公司间接全资附属西安神州数码于 2024 年 12 月 24 日与呼和浩特金谷签订退出协议，根据退出协议西安神州数码有条件同意出售，且呼和浩特金谷有条件同意购买，销售股份代价为约人民币2.852亿元。该集团预计将因出售事项而取得约人民币5150万元的亏损。
