Equinox Resources confirmed mineralization with a peak total rare earth oxide grade of 7,890 parts per million at 36 to 38 meters, supported by elevated phosphorus pentoxide levels of up to 3.1% from reverse circulation drilling at the Rio Negro prospect within the Campo Grande project in Brazil.
RLF AgTech (ASX:RLF)
RLF AgTech received AU$1.1 million in cash from its recently announced share placement. The plant nutrition company also lodged an entitlement offer prospectus to raise an additional AU$2.4 million through a 3-for-10 non-renounceable rights issue, with the offer expected to open on Jan. 3, 2025, and close on Jan. 31, 2025.
Mighty Kingdom (ASX:MKL)
The game developer received commitments for a secured debt facility of up to AU$1.2 million for its ongoing working capital requirements. The facility will be secured against research and development and digital games tax offset rebates owed to the company by the South Australian government and the federal government.
Osteopore (ASX:OSX)
Osteopore entered into a subscription agreement with Advance Opportunities Fund and Advance Opportunities Fund I to issue the subscribers 4% redeemable convertible notes valued at up to AU$20 million with four equal tranches of AU$5 million each.
