智通财经APP讯，威海银行(09677)发布公告，该行收到《山东金融监管局关于姜毅威海市商业银行股份有限公司董事任职资格的批复》(鲁金复[2024]429号)及《山东金融监管局关于康建威海市商业银行股份有限公司董事任职资格的批复》(鲁金复[2024]428号)，国家金融监督管理总局山东监管局已分别核准(i)姜毅担任该行执行董事的任职资格;及(ii)康建担任该行非执行董事的任职资格。姜毅担任该行执行董事及康建担任该行非执行董事的任职已生效。
