智通财经APP讯，皇冠环球集团(00727)发布公告，公司全资附属公司Crown Finance Holdings Limited(CFH)与中国白酒集团控股有限公司(中国白酒集团)订立一份不具法律约束力的谅解备忘录，据此，取决于买卖双方最终达成和签署的《股权转让协议》，CFH有意收购中国白酒集团持有的四川天府金盆地酒业集团有限公司100%股权(标的公司)。
标的公司已于中国从事多年的优质白酒的生产和销售业务。鉴于优质白酒在中国和世界市场都有深厚潜力，本收购事项将有力推动集团在优质白酒业务的发展。
