格隆汇12月27日丨甘肃银行(02139.HK)公告，为进一步缓解承担的不良资产压力，拟透过公开竞价方式处置债权资产，本金余额及利息合计约人民币65,259.89万元。完成公开竞价评选程序后，确认甘肃资管为公开竞价的胜出方。于2024年12月27日，该行与甘肃资管签订资产转让合同，据此该行同意将债权资产以人民币11,500万元的代价转让予甘肃资管。
