特步国际与关联方虎都世纪续签租赁框架协议
财中社12月27日电特步国际（01368）发布公告，宣布与虎都世纪签订了2024年租赁框架协议。该协议旨在续租现有物业，并在2025年1月1日至2027年12月31日期间为公司营运而不时订立新租约。协议的签署是由于2021年租赁框架协议及若干现有租约将于2024年12月31日到期，公司预计将继续向虎都世纪租用若干物业。
根据公告，2024年租赁框架协议的年度上限建议为：2025年为3500万元，2026年为1000万元，2027年为1000万元。由于虎都世纪为公司的关联人士，协议下的交易构成持续关联交易。董事会认为协议条款公平合理，符合公司及股东的整体利益。
