　　濠亮环球（08118）发布公告，于2024年12月24日，公司与浙江中资物流集团有限公司（中资物流）签署战略合作协议。

　　根据战略合作协议，双方初步达成于适当时机公司将与中资物流共同发展关于LED灯的境外销售业务和物流业务方面的合作机会，双方将根据市况继续扩大合作范围，将不定期召开高层会议讨论合作的模式、方向、进度及其合作专案的其他事宜。

　　集团拟整合双方业务布局及资源版块，提升未来的利润增长点。同时，公司将与中资物流利用其公司的产能、广泛的客户群及社会影响力，进一步提升企业融资能力及市场占有率。
