智通财经APP获悉，华晨中国(01114)再涨近5%，月内累涨超36%，截至发稿，涨4.8%，报3.93港元，成交额1.44亿港元。
消息面上，华晨中国公布经修订股息政策，据此，在决定是否建议派发股息及在厘定股息额时，视乎华晨宝马汽车于相关财政年度已派付之现金股息，将考虑因素还包括：集团整体经营业绩及财务表现；及预期营运资金需求、资本开支需求及未来发展计划等。倘决定建议派发股息，目标为分派相关财政年度之除税后溢利不少于50%。
摩根士丹利发布报告指出，华晨中国在多轮特别股息发放后，终于推出了市场期待已久的长期股息政策，预计将对股价产生积极影响。花旗则指出，已预期华晨今年的除税后溢利为40亿元人民币，若以派息率50%至75%计算，则明年支付的恒常股息料达20亿至30亿元人民币，相当于12%至18%股息率，相信股价反应会是压倒性正面。
