Commonwealth Bank of Australia (ASX:CBA) has ceased to be a substantial holder in SiteMinder (ASX:SDR), according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
The bank had owned 16.6 million shares, representing 6.01% of the voting power in the open hotel commerce platform, a separate filing showed.
SiteMinder's shares rose past 1% in recent Friday trade.
