观点网讯：12月27日，特步国际控股有限公司宣布与虎都世纪（厦门）投资管理有限公司签订2024年租赁框架协议，该协议涉及持续关联交易。
虎都世纪为万兴间接全资拥有的子公司，租赁期限自2025年1月1日起至2027年12月31日止，为期三年，物业将用作办公室或其他业务用途。
根据协议，租金定价政策将参考市场租金、虎都世纪过往报价及其他因素，通过公平磋商确定。过往交易金额显示，截至2022年12月31日止年度，使用权资产价值为1600万元人民币；截至2023年12月31日止年度，使用权资产价值为0.5亿元人民币。建议年度上限分别为2025年3500万元人民币，2026年和2027年各为1000万元人民币。
