【新特能源终止沪主板 IPO，光伏行业面临严峻挑战】

硅料龙头新特能源近日因主动撤回上市申请，终止了沪主板 IPO。其上市申请于 2023 年 3 月被受理，同年 9 月过会。新特能源为特变电工控股子公司，从事高纯多晶硅研发、生产和销售，以及风能、光伏电站建设和运营。今年上半年由盈转亏，曾拟募资 88 亿。受产能过剩等影响，光伏行业“内卷”降价，新特能源募资扩产必要性和合理性备受质疑。2023 年以来多晶硅价格下行，其业绩下滑，2024 年上半年净亏损 8.48 亿元。光伏产业遭遇寒冬，许多企业深陷亏损。大全能源 2024 年前三季度亏损 10.99 亿元，TCL 中环前三季度营收腰斩、归母净利润巨亏 60.61 亿元，钧达股份 2024 年前三季度营收减少、净亏损 4.17 亿元，东方日升前三季度营收下降超 46%、归母净亏损 15.6 亿元。许多光伏企业股价腰斩，行业仍待出清。光伏行业前期疯狂扩张致供给过剩，目前基本面未改，仍处底部调整阶段，小企业面临淘汰风险，行业集中度有望提升。但未来仍有增长空间。
