【福田汽车：拟与北京汽车集团财务有限公司签订金融服务协议】金十数据12月25日讯，福田汽车公告，公司拟与北京汽车集团财务有限公司签订《金融服务协议》。财务公司是公司控股股东北京汽车集团有限公司直接控制的法人，构成关联交易。协议约定，公司在财务公司的每日存款余额不超过59亿元，信贷额度不超过105亿元人民币。截至2024年9月30日，公司在财务公司的存款余额为36.79亿元，贷款余额为2亿元，支付借款利息316.5万元。此次关联交易尚需提交福田汽车2025年第一次临时股东大会审议批准。
