Safe & Green Holdings (SGBX) said Friday it won a lawsuit against EDI International and expects about $1.3 million in damages.
A Los Angeles court ruled that EDI International "disrupted" critical economic relationships and contractual agreements that resulted in damages to Safe & Green, according to Safe & Green.
EDI International did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.
