智通财经APP讯，声通科技(02495)发布公告，公司已接获中国证监会日期为2024年12月25日关于申请H股全流通的正式通知函，据此，公司就37位股东所持有的合共1543.61万股非上市股份按一比一基准转换为1543.61万股H股向中国证监会备案已完成。于该转换完成及待联交所授出上市批准后，该1543.61万股H股将于联交所主板上市买卖。该通知自发出日期起计12个月内有效。
