智通财经APP讯，中华银科技(00515)公布，于2024年12月27日，该公司全资附属智能南网集团有限公司(上市公司附属公司)与祝建明先生及香港太平洋生命科学品牌管理有限公司(合资公司)订立合资协议，内容有关上市公司附属公司建议认购新发行股份(占合资公司经认购事项扩大后已发行股本总额51%)，认购总价为51万港元。
据悉，合资公司拟主要从事消费品贸易及电子商务，于认购事项前，合资公司全部已发行股本由祝建明先生全资、合法及实益拥有。
