智通财经APP讯，TCL电子(01070)发布公告，于2024年12月27日(交易时段后)，惠州TCL移动(作为卖方)(公司的间接全资附属公司)与TCL驭新智行(作为买方)订立设备转让协议，惠州TCL移动同意出售而TCL驭新智行同意购买生产线设备，代价为人民币1800万元。
出售事项是惠州TCL移动以合理价格变现已使用近10年的生产线设备的良好时机，将为惠州TCL移动带来现金流入，在保障其生产线整体正常运作的同时，进一步支持其业务及战略发展。考虑到集团在海内外成熟的产能布局，出售事项完成后，集团及惠州TCL移动的供应链仍能足够满足业务需求。同时，合共1949.22万港元将记录为出售事项的收益，从而为惠州TCL移动及集团带来溢利。
