12月28日，沃伦·巴菲特旗下伯克希尔·哈撒韦近日增持了互联网域名注册服务提供商VeriSign（VRSN.US）的股份。
根据伯克希尔·哈撒韦向美国证券交易委员会（SEC）提交的文件显示，其保险子公司Geico及其他业务的养老金计划在12月20日至本周二期间，共计购买了143,424股VeriSign股票，总金额达2850万美元，平均每股价格为199.05美元。其中，Geico新增了14,921股，将其持股数量提升至7,920,402股；养老金计划购买了128,503股，使其持股总数增至5,272,947股。
目前，伯克希尔·哈撒韦共持有13,193,349股VeriSign股票，继续保持其最大股东地位。对此次股票增持，伯克希尔·哈撒韦尚未回应相关置评请求。
截至2024年，VeriSign股票表现持平，而标普500指数同期上涨了25%。近年来，VeriSign的股价表现也显著落后于大盘。自2019年底以来，VeriSign股价仅上涨6.6%，而标普500指数同期大幅飙升86%。
本月早些时候，伯克希尔·哈撒韦也增持了VeriSign股票，同时还购买了西方石油公司（OXY.US）和卫星广播公司Sirius XM Holdings（SIRI.US）的股份。
