【环球网金融报道 记者 冯超男】据证监会官网消息，易方达华威农贸市场封闭式基础设施证券投资基金(下称“易方达华威农贸市场REIT”）于12月24日获得准予注册的批复。这标志着其有望成为我国首单专注于农贸市场的公募REITs产品。
根据批复文件，易方达华威农贸市场REIT采用基金类型为契约型封闭式，基金合同期限为32年，募集份额总额为5亿份，工商银行为基金托管人。此外，证监会要求，易方达基金自批复下发之日起6个月内进行基金的募集活动，募集期限自基金份额发售之日起不得超过3个月。
根据易方达基金向深交所提交资料显示，易方达华威农贸市场REIT的底层资产——华威西营里农产品交易中心是福州市区内重要的农产品采购流通节点和保供单位，交易品类涵盖水产品、冻品、干货/调味品、肉禽、蔬果、冷库（冷链仓储区）、仓储、海鲜美食体验、电商直播等，品类齐全、零批兼营，是福州市唯一一家满足城市一站式购齐功能、具备显著二级农产品批发市场特征的项目。
对于此，在业内人士看来，易方达华威农贸市场REIT的成功获批，不仅为农贸市场资产证券化树立了典范，也为资本市场提供了更多元化的投资选择，预示着我国REITs市场在消费基础设施领域的广阔前景。未来，随着更多类似项目的涌现，我国REITs市场将迎来更加蓬勃的发展。
