27日午前，“旗手”券商突然启动，个股集体飙升，截至发稿，约30只券商股涨超2%，国联证券冲击涨停，红塔证券涨超5%，国盛金控、华林证券涨超4%，东方财富、第一创业、东方证券等涨幅居前。

A股顶流券商ETF（512000）早盘平开震荡，约11点突发异动上冲，场内价格迅速涨超2%，不足半日实时成交额达8.73亿元，交投情绪高涨。
招商证券表示，监管自上而下、宽严并济，资金面维持宽松，股市重新站上牛市起点、债市总体仍顺风，叠加行业供给侧改革持续，券商估值、业绩均有望迎来强劲修复。
西部证券认为，高层会议为资本市场延续上行提供支撑，市场情绪回暖有望推动行业各业务条线迎来修复，券商板块有望迎来盈利及估值双击。
值得注意的是，近日券商板块获资金密集加码，上交所数据显示，昨日单日券商ETF（512000）再获资金大举净流入2.51亿元，近5日、近10日资金分别累计净流入5.09亿元和9.16亿元。
