浙商银行(601916.SH)发布公告，浙银金租为公司控股子公司，公司持股比例为51%，浙江金控持股比例为29%，舟山海洋综合开发投资有限公司持股比例为20%。浙银金租本次增资扩股拟由其现有股东以本次增资发行股数11.5亿股按其持股比例进行同比例认购，募集金额为不超过人民币20亿元。公司作为浙银金租控股股东，本次拟出资最高不超过10.2亿元。
