因此，初步关连授出合共最多1022.67万股奖励股份及初步非关连授出合共最多900万股奖励股份将根据股份奖励计划失效，公司不会再进行初步授出。
董事会亦议决股份奖励计划不再符合公司的目标，并将即时终止。因此，股份奖励计划下将不会再授出奖励股份。
