1126 ET - Century Communities is gearing up for a busy 2025, that is, if the much-anticipated spring selling season delivers. The Denver home builder anticipates an uptick in home sales despite mortgage rates that will most likely remain elevated for the foreseeable future. The company will continue to focus on first-time buyers as they represent the broadest pool of potential customers, says Executive VP Jim Francescon. But existing homeowners looking to upgrade also represent a lucrative opportunity for the company.
