消息面上，财政部此前发文拟给予本国产品相对于非本国产品20%的价格评审优惠。华泰证券指出，受益于行业信创的持续推进，24Q3信创核心环节公司营收和利润均出现明显改善。根据政策要求，2027年是信创完成替换的重要里程碑，随着时间临近，党政信创和行业信创均有望迎来全面替换的高峰期。
