此外，申万宏源证券有限公司在经纪业务管理方面也存在违规行为，包括未对大额资金划转的投资者进行身份重新识别，实名制管理不到位等。这些问题违反了多项相关法律法规，最终导致了本次监督管理措施的实施。公司如对处罚决定不服，可在收到决定书后60日内申请行政复议，或在6个月内向有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼。
