智通财经APP讯，迈富时(02556)公布，配售协议项下的所有条件已获达成，而配售已于2024年12月27 日完成。合共100万股配售股份已根据配售协议的条款按配售价每股配售股份110.00港元成功配售予不少于六名承配人，净筹约1.095亿港元，约70%用于营销和销售领域AI 大模型技术的研发，包含训练 Tforce营销领域大模型、构建智能体中台，以及智能体在场景的商用落地;约30%用于补充营运资金及一般企业用途。
