智通财经APP讯，亚洲金融(00662)发布公告，于2024年12月27日，卖方(即公司全资附属公司亚洲保险、创兴保险有限公司、华侨银行(香港)有限公司、上海商业银行有限公司及招商永隆代理有限公司)与买方越秀企业(集团)有限公司订立购股协议，据此，卖方有条件同意出售彼等各自于香港人寿的权益，而买方有条件同意(透过其本身或买方直接或间接全资拥有的实体，惟受限于有关监管机构批准)购买香港人寿的全部已发行股本，其主要业务为于香港承保长期人寿保险业务，包括非相连及相连业务。
公告称，出售亚洲保险所持股份符合全体卖方的战略。尤其是，香港人寿目前为该五名卖方的合资企业。卖方相信，由单一股东负责业务发展以满足客户不断变化的需求，符合香港人寿的最佳利益。董事亦相信有关出售将对公司股东的利益产生实质价值。
