智通财经APP讯，中国金茂(00817)发布公告，于2024年12月27日，鹰茂地产(公司间接非全资附属公司)与全海及平嘉投资订立新框架协议，鹰茂地产将在新框架协议的期限内继续向全海及平嘉投资(或其各自指定的实体)提供借款。新框架协议将自2024年12月30日起生效，并取代原框架协议，其有效期至2025年12月31日止。
鹰茂地产销售回款充裕，董事认为，由鹰茂地产向其股东提供贷款，可减少其现金结余的闲置状况，充分发挥资金优势，合理配置资源，提高资金使用率，满足集团于其他开发项目的发展及财政需要。鹰茂地产所提供予全海及平嘉投资(或其各自指定的实体)的贷款，金额将与全海及平嘉投资所持鹰茂地产的股权比例对等，且其他贷款交易的条款与条件亦相同，符合全海及平嘉投资于鹰茂地产所占权益的比例。
