于2024年12月25日，楼小强先生、郑北女士、龙泰康和北海多泰合共质押40,921,196股公司股份，占公司总股本比例为2.30%。于2024 年 12 月 26 日，楼小强先生、郑北女士、龙泰康和北海多泰合共解除质押5352万股公司股份。
