众安在线续签平安资产管理协议
财中社12月27日电众安在线（06060）发布公告称，公司与平安资产管理于2024年12月27日签订补充协议，续签2021年资产管理协议。根据新资产管理协议，平安资产管理将在截至2027年12月31日的三年内继续为公司提供资产管理服务。平安资产管理为平安保险的附属公司，且平安保险为公司的主要股东，因此该交易构成公司的持续关联交易。
新资产管理协议2025年至2027年每年年度上限均为1.6亿元。董事会认为，此次续签有助于公司在市场波动中保持资产管理服务的稳定性，且符合公司及股东的整体利益。
