Dongjiang Environmental (HKG:0895, SHE:002672) agreed to continue to engage Guangdong Rising Finance for the provision of financial services for the group for another three years, a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The financial services include deposit services, settlement services, credit facility services, and other financial services.
Guangdong Rising Finance has also agreed to increase the maximum amount under the credit facility agreements between itself and the company.
