Bonjour (HKG:0653) has extended the long stop date of an agreement to issue 210 million shares to Chairman Chen Jianwen to Feb. 28, 2025, from Dec. 31, 2024, a Friday bourse filing said.
The beauty products company entered into the HK$33.2 million subscription contract in November.
