Juno Minerals Enters Share Subscription Deal to Raise Nearly AU$819,000; Shares Down 4%

Juno Minerals (ASX:JNO) entered into a share subscription agreement with Ida Metals Investments to raise AU$818,754 through the placement of about 27.3 million shares priced at AU$0.03 apiece, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.

Proceeds will be used to advance the company's exploration projects and meet general working capital requirements, the filing said.

Ida Metals Investments will hold a substantial interest of 13.04% after the shares are issued, according to the filing.

Juno Minerals shares fell 4% in morning trade Friday.
