万事达卡消费脉动(Mastercard SpendingPulse)的数据显示,美国消费者在今年11月1日至12月24日节日购物季期间的总支出较上年同期增长3.8%(不包括汽车),超过去年3.1%的增幅。
在线购物支出同比增长了6.7%,超过去年的6.3%;线下消费增长2.9%,超过去年的2.2%。
节日购物季最后五天占整个购物季总支出的10%,这表明消费者在等待折扣。
今年服装销售尤其强劲,销售额增长3.6%,其中在线服装销售额增长了6.7%。而去年,服装总销售额仅增长了2.4%。
在其他领域,餐厅消费依然强劲,增幅为6.3%,但较去年7.8%的增幅有所放缓。
电子产品销售增长3.7%,珠宝销售增长4%,较上年同期分别下降0.4%和2%的情况有了明显改善。百货商店的消费增长了1.6%。
