智通财经APP讯，恒投证券(01476)发布公告，于2024年12月25日，本公司、华融综合投资(主要股东)及新华基金订立增资协议，内容有关本公司同意以现金出资方式向新华基金注资人民币约4亿元，以持有新华基金经扩大注册资本约52.99%股权;及华融综合投资同意以现金出资方式向新华基金注资人民币约4亿元，以持有新华基金经扩大注册资本约43.18%股权。增资事项完成后，新华基金的注册资本将由人民币2.175亿元增加至人民币6.28亿亿元。本公司将继续为新华基金的控股股东且新华基金财务业绩将继续并入本公司财务业绩。
增资事项完成后，新华基金将由本公司及华融综合投资分别持有约52.99%及约43.18%股权。因此，本公司于新华基金的权益将由约58.62%摊薄至约52.99%。新华基金将仍为本公司的子公司，而新华基金的账目仍将并入本公司账目。
增资事项将改善新华基金的资本结构，扩大所有者权益规模，稳定业务规模，提升新华基金的企业形象及其于公开市场的影响力，从而增强新华基金的竞争力及盈利能力，为股东创造更大的价值。
