（全球TMT2024年12月27日讯）Kimberly-Clark将继续通过其位于班加罗尔的全球数字技术中心（GDTC）加大对印度的投入。GDTC自2018年成立以来，规模已扩大八倍，重点关注数据与分析、人工智能（AI）、机器学习（ML）、云转型等关键领域，旨在提高效率和改善客户体验。未来三年，GDTC计划继续扩大规模，推进AI/ML能力，开发创新的数字解决方案，以提高运营效率和客户参与度。GDTC的成功核心在于整合数据和先进分析技术，已开发出AI驱动的供应链协调平台Maestro和仓库自动化平台。此外，GDTC还举办了第三届Digital Hackathon，共提交了130多个创新想法，其中7个项目入围并获得表彰。
